Energy, life around us

I've never been much of a science buff, but I do remember one thing my science teacher told about a year ago. Energy never dies or just is gone from the world.

Well about two weeks ago, I was thinking about the people and animals I have lost in my life and it hit me. They were energy, we didn't see it, but it was there. Flowing through their body. That energy didn't die with the body, but was realeased into the world around it perhaps? It could be in anything, the tree outside or the air you & I breath. Now I know too some of you, it sounds crazy, but we have to open our minds up a little bit to see things clearly.

In one of my favorite movies Patch Adams, he loses someone really close to him and is a total wreck. He is standing on this ledge looking at this beautiful sight in front of him and a butterfly lands on his heart. The butterfly was that persons favorite animal. She may have been gone from her body, but she wasn't gone from the world. The movie is a true story and the event did happen.

Basically, don't look at the person being gone forever. They may not be in their body, but they are just as close and can be felt all around us if we take the time.

I really hope this made sense to anyone that read it
